How can yoga improve my pregnancy and birth?
Pregnancy Yoga is often the first choice of exercise for pregnant woman. It is widely recommended and promoted by midwives and doctors, because it is considered one of the safest all round exercise for women during pregnancy and an ideal birth preparation programme.
Yoga improves sleep and digestion, it creates greater flexibility and improvement in strength, lowers occurrences of back pain, sciatica and depression and encourages a greater sense of well being.
